Tulane IT Support Portal Gets a Facelift
The Tulane IT Department has released an enhanced IT Support Portal to Students, Faculty, and Staff for initiating and managing services as well as requesting technical support. This new portal still uses ServiceNow, the service management solution used by Tulane IT, and has the same url: support.tulane.edu. Users can view the status of open items and browse the knowledge base for self-help solutions.
When browsing the IT Support Portal, end users will see multiple options:
Search the knowledge articles for common answers to resolve issues any time of the day or night.
Request services and products from our service catalog such as department Box account, access to software, or new computer setup.
Submit an IT support incident directly online. The Service Desk will review the incident and route the issue to the correct support team, or they will reach out for more information.
My Incidents & Requests
This dashboard lists current incidents and requests and allows the end user to post additional information or directly message the support technician.
