Faculty Resources
Tulane faculty have access to a toolkit of enterprise applications, services, and support to enhance course curricula and classroom engagement. Single-Sign-On (SSO) authentication is used to access Tulane services for faculty securely. Please use your Tulane email address or username and password to sign in to the services below.

Multi-factor authentication management: Duo MFA
Required for Tulane Microsoft 365, Employee Self-Service Portal, and the Virtual Private Network (VPN). -
Password management: Access the password management portal at password.tulane.edu.

Security software: Crowdstrike Endpoint Detection & Response
Required for all Tulane-owned devices and also available for free for employee-owned devices. -
Tech equipment reservations

Video conferencing facilities: Located on the uptown and downtown campuses.

Wi-Fi for faculty: Connect to our secure Eduroam network.

Wi-Fi for guests: Connect to our open and free Tulane Guest network.

Cloud file storage: Free unlimited Box storage and 1 terabyte of OneDrive storage

Learning Management System: Canvas (or MyTulane) through tulane.instructure.com.

Microsoft 365: Login to Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and more using your Tulane email and password.

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): Access to your Employee Self-Service, TAMS, HCM, and E-IT portals.

TU Learn (Bridge): Training portal for all required Tulane compliance training.

Virtual Private Network (VPN): Log in to vpn.tulane.edu using your Tulane username and password.
