  1. Go the Service Now Catalog at:  

            https://tulane.service-now.com

  1. Sign in with your Tulane email name and password.
  2. Click on Self Service, Service Catalog, and Select Banner
  • How can I get Banner Training?

  • Why can’t I use special characters such as “%!@#~$^*()?{}~” in my Tulane email password/Banner password?

Special characters cause problems in logins to several of Tulane’s systems, which use single-sign on. Please refrain from using special characters in your passwords.
