- Go the Service Now Catalog at:

- Sign in with your Tulane email name and password.
- Click on Self Service, Service Catalog, and Select Banner
- How can I get Banner Training?
Send an email to help@tulane.edu, with the tag #Banner in the subject line.
- Why can’t I use special characters such as “%!@#~$^*()?{}~” in my Tulane email password/Banner password?
Special characters cause problems in logins to several of Tulane’s systems, which use single-sign on. Please refrain from using special characters in your passwords.
