End of Semester Housekeeping: Help your students create an online record of their coursework

Problem: Students who don't realize they lose access to Canvas after graduation
Problem: Students change course and apply to grad school or transfer and need copies of old syllabus
Problem: Student asks you to write a letter of recommendation but doesn't have any examples of their work to send you
Solution: Online portfolio using OneDrive, updated every semester. Contains syllabus of each course, professor contact information, and major work from that course. Student is in charge of their own history. OneDrive is free for students and easy to export data after graduation.
