Manager (Author) Capabilities
- Ability to view training records and assign courses and live training to direct reports.
- Ability to message learners within the system.
Direct reports are assigned to a Manager in this system based upon the reporting structure identified in HCM (payroll system). If you are not the appropriate manager or need to correct this reporting structure, please contact hris@tulane.edu.
