- Direct reports are assigned to a Manager in this system based upon the reporting structure identified in HCM (payroll system). If you are not the appropriate manager or need to correct this reporting structure, please contact hris@tulane.edu.
Manager Digest email
The TULearn (Bridge) automated notification system is integral in achieving a higher level of compliance across the University. This system is a way Tulane informs and protects its employees. The goal is to create a culture of safety across all campuses. Soon, these automated notifications will be turned on. As a manager, you will receive weekly digest emails that will inform you of all overdue compliance training that are assigned to employees who report directly to you.

An important responsibility of a manager is to ensure the safety and compliance of your employees. Please take these notifications seriously and make sure your employees are up-to-date with their training requirements.
