  • Ability to view and complete assigned courses.
  • Learners are active employees (faculty and staff) in this system and are assigned to a Manager based upon the reporting structure identified in HCM (payroll system). If you are not the appropriate manager or need to correct this reporting structure, please contact hris@tulane.edu
  • Tulane Affiliates (Sodexo, Lofton, sub-contractors, etc.) [Need to Define/Identify process] these may be *visiting student employees as well

After users log in to Bridge as an employee, the Bridge dashboard defaults to the My Learning page, where an employee can view an overview of what is happening in your Bridge account.

In the My Learning page, you can view all courses, programs, live trainings, and surveys in which you have been enrolled or which have been recommended to you.

The Learning Library provides employees with a catalog of courses, programs, and live trainings that are available for self-enrollment. All courses, programs, and live trainings are represented by library cards which are sorted into categories and provide details on the training. Self-enrolled courses are not required and will appear in the Added by You section of the My Learning page.
