Meet Tulane AI: Your Private Campus AI

Tulane AI is the university's private AI platform for faculty and staff, built to give you access to powerful models in a safer, Tulane-supported environment. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to log in, use the model selector, compare different model responses, access official Tulane chatbots, and create a personal chatbot for a course, office workflow, research project, or recurring task.
We will focus on practical use cases: syllabus Q&A, assignment support, advising preparation, meeting follow-up, policy lookup, brainstorming, feedback drafting, and administrative cleanup. Participants will leave with a working understanding of Tulane AI's core capabilities and a draft plan for one personal chatbot they can continue refining after the session.
