Zoom License Changes Coming July 1, 2026

Dear Zoom Users,

Central IT is excited to announce upcoming changes to our Zoom licensing.

Starting 7/1/26 all faculty, staff, admin, affiliates, and emeritus will now be entitled to an Enterprise Essentials License which includes new features such as Zoom Scheduler, a 500 Webinar License, and more:

Zoom Workplace for EDU Enterprise Essentials Collaboration-centric for hybrid work & learning 500 Meeting Participants 10GB Cloud Storage Unlimited Whiteboards Al Companion 3.0 and AIC web Zoom Scheduler Tasks & Hub Automated Captions & Translations Chat 500 Webinar Attendees

We are reaching out because some users are logging in with the "work email" option instead of Single Sign On (SSO).

If you are not logging in via SSO, you are not properly licensed to receive these new features. Please note that effective June 26, 2026, the “work email” sign-in option will no longer be available.

To avoid any disruption in access, please begin signing in with the SSO option before that date.
