What's in the Box (and the Hubs, and the Copilot)?
Tulane has quietly assembled a real AI toolkit, and most faculty have used maybe two pieces of it. This kickoff is a guided tour of everything available to you on day one: Copilot in your Office apps, Adobe Firefly and Express, Acrobat AI, Zoom's note-taking Companion, Box AI Hubs, plus the limited-access tools like Top Hat and BoodleBox. You'll see each one demoed in a real classroom context, get honest answers about what each tool is good at and where it falls down, and leave with a one-page map of which tool to reach for when. Bring your questions. Bring your skepticism. Bring lunch, because we provide the coffee.
