Adobe Acrobat Sign

Adobe Sign is available to users who need to initiate or request legal signatures on official university and third-party documentation. For example: signatures on legal documents, HIPAA compliant studies, consent forms and reports, or HR paperwork like W2 forms, policies and agreements. 

Under a one-year pilot agreement with Adobe, Tulane is limited to 5,000 signatures at no additional cost. If we exceed our limit, then departments may be billed based on percentage of their usage. Each transaction costs $2.
